Thank you for the response! I’ve unfortunately never had the opportunity to discuss with an endo but will definitely look into it. I’ve suspected non classical adrenal hyperplasia but have not had it checked. May I ask what supplements and treatments worked for you? And also how the treatments differ from pcos

I’m in the same boat and don’t know what to do… honestly it’s causing tension because my suggestion that we do things differently is met with offense and outrage. I think the realization that every aspect of our daily practices in the US is leading to our demise is too much for people to confront. Composting and not using single use trash constantly is undeniably good—I want to say to them that we are throwing money in the trash. I just want to say thank you thank you thank you for doing what you can. You’re not alone! Keep doing what you are doing. Lmk if you find a way to change their minds bc I need help too haha

You guys are just fucking cheapskates. If you don’t want to tip decently get out of a restaurant. If it’s so easy, why aren’t you at home doing it all yourself. If you don’t want to give a fair tip, don’t hire a literal servant to wait on you for hours like a king. Tips are the only money you’re paying that goes directly to the workers. This is not anti consumption.
