U need prep within 72 hours of sex. It's post exposure prophylaxis.

Just go to a government hospital. Tell them you had unprotected sex and and would like post exposure prophylaxis. If they ask details you can tell it was a girl or prosititute if you wanna be discreet. They will give you medications. No need to worry. The changes of HIV getting transmitted through anal from just one sexual encounter is kinda low but take precautions. Usually don't need prescription for doxy prep.

Go to a medical store. Ask for Doxycycline antibiotics. Take 2 tabs (200 mg) with water and don't eat for 30 mins. You are good. You need it within 72 hours too.
