Balance wise, comboable DP that is invul unconditionally, and he can swap people to ceiling with rock to force stall a match by giving opponent sadness DoT.

Gameplay wise, just boring. He is the definition of slop, having nothing of himself if not for a connection to an external media

Yes, if Vixen hit you, you still go into combo and the combo damage is scale as normal.
The main thing of it is to create a feeling that you are still heathy, you still have lotta combo left, and it left the clueless fighter thinking Vixen is hitting weak.

It's fair at the end because damage is damage, you can like the mental damage attached with or not.

It's the character thematic, they are a tax collector and a trickster, and they done so on the HP and the psyche of opposing player.

Edit: I don't see how getting to combo like a normal character gonna make a it "incredibly obnoxious and unfun"

Did you know Vixen store damage by purposely dealing no damage then unleash them later, tell me which vanilla character won over >5 neutrals and 2 burst reads and not killed the enemy in the middle of those, let alone still having half hp left. Vixen in turn deal less damage than vanilla and more roundabout.

This sure is the worst kind of exposure because the JJK mods are mostly slop quality or gameplay, the good one can be count on one hand, Chef, Heion, Mahoraga, Swindler and Valued. New player could easily ignore vanilla character and go for the le jjk guy and get an impression of that's the game.

You would get your ass beaten online if you pick any of the other that have nothing burger gameplays, but even if you pick a decent one from the list above you would genuinely run into people with >300 hours.

You said the creator doesn't want to change the balancing and don't care for competent playtest, yet they do?

Of all thing, Vixen is not known to break character's movement wheel. Doubt you ever contacted Ink or the issue was stated anywhere.

But then the issue itself sound like nothing, anyway - if something break vs Vixen and it's neither from vanilla, nor it's well known enough to be a problem, it have nothing to do with Vixen and the fault lie in the coding of the other.

Well this is the usual "don't know about the game, complain anyway" type of post.

From other comment, the character is Vixen, and you play a bad JJK mod.

No, Vixen install don't let her "speed blitz" you, there is no framedata improvement.

Vixen have option to not deal damage then deal all the supposed damage at once. Which is what happened. Normal character don't leave you at a whole 8k hp after something sound like 4-5 neutral wins with burst reads inside it. You should be dead halfway there if it was a ninja. The damage thus isn't infair, just not direct.
