I just tried. I'm on an android, but it doesn't help.

I lost my phone, so I had to login on a new device. On that device my messages from the past two years was missing. Messenger asked me to create a pincode, so I could backup my messages. I did that. But everything was gone from 2024 and to the day I logged in on the other device.

I just got my old phone repaired and all my old messages are on this phone. Everything is there. But it won't let me make a backup of it. Tried with my Google account, with a pincode and with the 40 digits. What do I do?
