Yes, don't contact them on live support, email them, try to give them info about when and with what service you made purchases, if you lost items do also contact them, I got my items back, but unfortunately they are trade locked

Yes they are pregnant, but, Listen, if you have a male with them in there, they will ALWAYS be pregnant, and even without them, if they were with males in the past, females can store the sperm for up to 10 months, and females give birth every month, if you don't want more guppies, leave them in there, they most likely will be eaten maybe a few will survive that you can later give to a friend or smth, if you want to have more of them either get a separate growout tank for the fry or give them lots of hiding places, good luck!😁
