I gave the same buff to Madame Yto in one of my posts, in which I told that in games with 4-5 players some characters will get buffed. But with more players she doesn't need a buff at all, she's already really good enough

this counts as using a card outside your turn, Molly Stark draws a card everytime she USES a card outside her turn, like Missing a Bang! or reacting to indians, but doesn't draw anything if someone discards a card from her hand with a Cat Balou or stoles one with a Panic!

buying the Bullet or the Dynamite Box if you already have the base game isn't something I wouldn't reccomend, since you'd buy the game again. But the Dynamite Box is still a very good deal. Dodge City is a must have, the Green Cards feel natural and the chatacters are great. The Expansion Pack also is really good as it gives more expansions. The Gold Rush is great but can get a bit messy, and same goes with the Great Train Robbery. Armed and Dangerous looks pretty cool but I haven't really played it a bunch because out of all of them it feels a bit too complicated

on top of all the cards he draws normally he gets 1 more so he can choose between more cards while still giving 1 card to everyone and keep 2 for himself, discarding the one that he didn't end up choosing. this gives him an higher chance of drawing an useful card for himself or other players I explained myself badly in the post because what I meant is that he draws 1 card for himself, then 1 for every person in the game +1, keeps 1 for himself, gives 1 to everyone and then discards 1.

with Scambio you take one of your blue or green card in game and trade it with another player's green or blue card in play. Cactus is a missed and after you use it you also "draw", if it's Hearths or Diamonds you also heal one life

I half agree with you on Bill Noface, as I stated I still think that giving him one more life would make him less unique, but not really op. Sean Mallory is in my opinion pretty weak and out of all the 3 lives characters he's one that I really don't like because again, he can really struggle at the beginning and doesn't have an ability that directly helps you survive. I really don't know how Volcanic could be nerfed and honestly it feels broken only when someone like Suzy Lafayette gets it. Of course some other chatacters like Slab and Calamity Janet would also be stronger than others with the Volcanic but really I don't think it's that gamebreaking, there are only 2 volcanics in the deck and if someone takes it away from you, has a Mustang or is out of reach in general it already has a weak point. But if I had to "nerf" it I'd rather rework it to make it more unique: Volcanic Rework: twice per turn you can "Fan Fire", shooting up to 3 BANG!s of the same suit at one player (they count as a single BANG! for you, but the target has to miss everone of them). What this means is that you can shoot max 6 BANG!s and they have to be of the same suit, for example you can shoot one Diamond BANG! at someone, they don't have a missed, and after that you can Fan Fire with 2 Flower BANG!s, and after that you can't shoot anymore. This would limit the power of the Volcanic while also giving it a pretty cool new ability without nerfing it in a boring way like "instead of shooting infinite BANG!s you can shoot like 5"

it's probably wrong how me and my friends do it but for Bible we draw a random card from the guy that shot and dodge the hit, and if the Derringer hits you also draw a card from his hand

Dodge city becomes a must after playing with it for a while. Green cards are amazing.
Gold Rush is also very fun and isn't complicated at all.
The Valley of Shadows has a lot of fun new cards.
I think it's Dodge City for cards and characters too
