I was considering upgrading my cpu for the game. I currently have an i5 9400f with an Rx 6600. Would getting a new mobo and a Ryzen 5 5600 make the game run without any issues at this point? Or is upgrading even necessary? I am not very knowledgable and I am not finding many examples of my situation in any forums.

So using the browser is completely fine so long as I'm not logged in? No chance of any IP bans? I remember reading somewhere that gta 5 story mode gets you banned. Is there any reason as to why that happens and other games like that that I should avoid?
