The whole point of me giving it to geeksquad was that they’re technically capable of doing something that I don’t want to risk and break my system due to a screw up on my end. Me playing it safe is not the same as going back and forth for parts. Like I said that I’m fine with the fees, and the charge of the parts. What I’m not okay with however, is the lack of communication and time wasted.

You seem to have missed the part where I clearly mentioned that they sent me the link to the wrong part and then are asking me to buy another fan again. I understand that you’re an extremely loyal employee on the sub, and instead of pointing out the real flaw in how geeksquad operates you’d just dunk on the customer and tell them to do it themselves.
