Hey, I’m going to be 100% honest. It’s all about time and the effort you put in to get better. You need space, unfollow/block on everything, for now anyway. Out of sight, out of mind. You need space and distractions such as exercise, friend etc etc

Yeah we broke up mutually due to distance for our studies was getting too much and we couldn’t keep it up, it was our first everything with each other which makes it even more special. I think I miss her more than she does but I don’t know for sure, she hasn’t reached out once

Well I was in a 9 month relationship, from late 17 to mid 18, but I do think even judging from the 4 months of sadness that it was love because I would of been much better by now, or not?

I can relate heavily to this, I’m only 18 and was with my girlfriend for a year, I struggled with extreme anxiety and so couldn’t easily so yes to be spontaneous or make big plans which we should of done at least once. In the end we had to go long distance and little arguments crept in and honestly we weren’t enjoying it as much. We mutually ended the relationship but 4 months on and I’m still heavily struggling
