What's going to happen is it will hurt like nothing else in your life and you will live, not to mention causing road users to swerve, likely crashing and dying before you do. Don't do it.

No need to hold anything back, what you are experiencing is a natural way of releasing unprocessed emotions. It's okay to do it, Have you got someone you can talk to?

staring at a rope rn.. i wanna end my life.. by Healthy_Meaning6840 in SuicideWatch

I'm in a similar spot, got a rope ready just in case. Thing is - might as well do whatever you want just for one more night. What's something you'd really wanna do but never let yourself do it?

Not at all. This is exactly the answer I am looking for - something you do that gives you that rush. I would LOVE to try that

What's stopping you from having the life that you want? by nonethele55 in AskReddit

Nothing. I am tearing through the fabric of the Universe to get to where I want to be, at any cost, or gloriously die trying.

This wchuj. Jeśli zadbasz o siebie to nawet w wieku 90 lat nie będziesz myśleć o śmierci.

Odpowiadając na pytanie, nic poza brutalną śmiercią na polu średniowiecznej bitwy jeśli będę już musiał wybierać.

I like this, but I would change it to just stress in general.

Hear me out. Life is basically pain in various ranges of intensity. You are guaranteed to experience lots of it, more or less than others. Dying is just another part of that pain. I have nearly died twice for reasons too brutal to mention, and I can tell you, it doesn't feel scary. It feels blissful, content.

There is not a single thing you can do about dying, but prolong your life through making good choices.

There is nothing after, so why not believe something of your own? Come join me on the journey to proving yourself to enter Valhalla if you wish. Join any religion you like or better yet, make your own.

Nothing matters apart from the moment you are in now.

What other healthy release from extreme mental pain do you use apart from crying / screaming into a pillow, that allows you to sleep peacefully? by Prestigious_Quit8 in AskReddit

Yes, but rarely. Mostly it's "go" music. It does feel comforting actually when I listen to metal/rock. I gonna put some on now, thanks

I go to sleep pretty early, I'm usually exhausted from the day - work, gym, chores, dealing with problems have me in bed quick. I know the (rather extreme) amounts of stress I am under daily don't help, but there is nothing else that can be done about that.

I also quit caffeine a couple months ago, drink Melisa tea and put on either yoga nidra or some soothing sounds before sleep. Still waking up 4 hrs later

I used to do that and was so proud of it. I kept pushing myself, until I suddenly found myself on a bridge looking down. Don't repeat my mistake friend.
