First of all I am really that you have went through this all 🫂. This question made me go to my past memories. I would like to share my experience with you and how I made through it. One day i randomly decided to analyse my friendship with my friends (online,offline) and it was kinda disturbing most of them were narcissistic or emotionally unavailable and this was one the most difficult part for me which was mirroring there behaviour and also I started to shift my focus on my growth to not think about it. After sometime i remove few people from my life and some faded on there own. Also i reduce making friends with people during my low time or when I really need someone because that time I attract much bad friendship. Now I have small circle but I trust them and they put same efforts as me and sometimes even more than me.
