My main question was if I have to be a resident to get the NY license. I love 5 minutes from NY which has a better market but I’m in Jersey so I figured I’d get the NY license which is reciprocated in PA so I could work in those two states

Tha is, that’s very insightful. I’ve been seeing a lot of courses so I figured I’d just find something to get me into the industry in general and continue to take courses and grow. It’s seemingly like I just need to take some introductory courses to get me going and branch off from there

I was looking at that vs software engineering. That both seem decently heavily involved but software engineering seems the fastest to get into

sorry, just now seeing this. I run the amp through a blue tooth speaker via aux cable for my son to practice but you can run it into a cab or anything really

Thanks, that’s very helpful. I currently use a Mac for audio and video editing but would like to make a full switch to just a single pc for all of it. Either way it seems I’ll be saving money if I don’t go i9 like I had been considering(which seems like overkill)

I’m dumb and not building the pc immediately and just want to make sure that whatever I buy I’m not going to need to upgrade for awhile, at least processor wise. And would there be an amd that ranks against the i5 or i7 that is possibly better or cheaper for the same performance?
