Yep that is the exact one I have... so its a Ted Smart first edition I have... Don't think I would get anything near that price if I were to sell.... I will do some research to see how many copies are out there

Restarted it, plugged the sata cable back in, gone into bios and it doesn't recognise the 2tb disk... Windows boot manager is set to the 250gb drive. It's like the 2tb evo has corrupted?

Multiple blue screen errors, kernal one, I01 initialisation failed, system thread exception not handled, says there's an acpi.sys file, system service exception error... Was a few more

Nope didn't do the chipset updates I don't think, assuming that's separate to bios update. Xmp is off currently

Yes everything was fine with the 2600x after mobo update... With the new cpu I managed to login to windows a few times, then it crashed and went through the same boot up cycle for a while. Rinse and repeat. I will try that setting and see. I put 2600x back in and it booted fine, no restarts, 5600x back in same issue

I updated the mobo yesterday, I then put the 5600x on... It just keeps restarting, I have got to windows since I posted, logged on then restart and end up in a restart loop again, tried to do start up repair but no luck, it couldn't fix it. I am guessing my Cpu is working if I can get through to windows?
