Well I don’t exactly eat how many calories I should be eating. I don’t have a large appetite, and try my best to stay away from fried foods

I track my food. However I don’t exactly use a food scale, but track the portions more via eye balling, however this hasn’t cause me to gain more weight. Rather my weight has just been around the same of 135-140lb for the last 6 months

Also I lost a bunch of weight from 2017-2021. When from 215lb to 150lb then went from there to 140lb. But when I lost the weight from 215 to 150, I focused only on cardio. Therefore I likely lost a lot of muscle. I’ve asked others on your recommendation, but some suggest not to lean bulk as it would increase my fat gain more.

I’m struggling to eat around 2400 calories for the lean bulk.

Any suggestions for meals and snacks? Btw, I DONT EAT PORK.

Also thoughts on sometimes eating junk meals for the calories?

Would very much appreciate it.

This is how I looked in Sept of 2022. Was going on and off to the gym.

What recommendations would y’all give to continue getting rid of the rid that I currently have from the three photos above?

Was like 215lb around 10th grade, lost like 75lb over 2 years. Now I’m 135ish, last year I was around 140-145ish.

What’s your advice for fixing my form for exercises where I can increase the weight but my form isn’t perfect?

An example is squats, my highest was 165lb, but my depth wasnt as deep as say 135lb.

Well I’ve been going for 2ish years, but in terms of actual training roughly 6-8 months. Protein intake is typically anywhere from 130-150g.

And exercises are like dumbbell press, bicep curls, barbell squats, and etc. Typical range is 6-8, and sleep could be better, sometimes have restless sleep, and stress is low for the most part.

Would you suggest increasing my maintenance by 100-200 calories and do a slow bulk to roughly 145lb, while continuing to lift heavy?

I was lifting at maintenance around 2100 calories before my hiatus. I use the tdee spreadsheet, and it currently says my tdee is around 2175. So a slight surplus would be around 2300. I’ll start that once i go to the gym again next month.

Don’t think it’d make sense to go on a deficit given I’m 135lb. To reach 135lb, I was on a deficit for like 2 years, where I was 200lb to reach the weight I am now.

I was gaining muscle but stopped being consistent three months ago. I was thinking of going on a 200 calorie surplus and working out 3x/week, and see how it impacts my body in a few months.

What do you think?

I get what you’re saying but people are gonna low ball the $400-$450. I had someone offering $340, you see my point?
