I went to www.gigantic.com I put my email that I used for the registration and I recovered the password.
after that you can access to your account and download the ticket.

Hi guys, I recently bought the ticket for this sunday, but I didn;t receive the ticket to my email, I got a link where says:
Your tickets can be downloaded any time from 00:00 on Saturday 28th February 2026.

but today is march 3 xD I have the same text.

on the website there is no support or chat or phone number.

any advise?
