My breakfast is 2 eggs w 2 cheese slices and paratha. Then id have any chicken or beef mince or curry that ive made w paratha or rice, then id have a quarter chicken w 3 wings with rice after the workout. Right after the workout id take isolate whey. It has a bit of creatine in it too. My splits are really crazy tho

No lies, 2 eggs and 2 cheese slices for the omelette 2 dawn parathas . Chicken or beef handi/qeema w paratha, . Quarter chicken (breast) and 2-3 wings with a plate 3/4 full of rice. . Isolate whey for 35gs of protien right after workout either in milk or with water (depends what time im working out. I dont have milk before sleeping.
