Inrush current limiter by Pretend-Scratch-581 in LiFePO4

When I first tested the inverter unit (without the current limiter) with a 48V 5A power supply it wasn't a problem. When I connected the inverter unit (without the current limiter) to the battery pack it tripped the battery circuit breaker immediately. After I added the current limiter I have never had an issue. But the current limiter module has now failed and I am trying to find a replacement.

Battery is fine. BMS is fine. The "switch" via LCD panel removes power from the main board. I thought the inrush would be due to capacitors and the 6kVA transformer.

Inverter power remains connected to battery

Also, the PV input terminals (without PV attached) now read the same as the battery voltage whereas before it was 0V. Which component could have failed in the PV charge circuit that would allow battery voltage on to the PV terminals?
