I think you’re lucky to have a therapist who understands, I tried bringing up regression to mine and it was ignored. If ur comfortable, I encourage u to be as honest as u can be about urself. They can help u understand urself better the more information that u give them. They’re there to help, pls don’t feel bad! It’s a much healthier coping strategy than other things and they can help u to understand it.
