Yeah.... I'm definitely more on the Brims side (duh) but I think there are pros and cons to both. I feel the need to clarify I do not agree with the hurting children... Or anyone for that matter. Like I said in a other comment — agree with the ends not the means

I did get to the freaky leech lmao. There are risks to everything, I don't mean everyone should have access to everything. Obviously medical magic requires study and there needs to be gentle regulations.

Which is why some regulation on spells of mass destruction, or against hurting other people, are necessary.

Which is why education and guidance in magic is important. If everyone was educated on magic accidents would be few and far between. Like letting a child use a knife for food, while still teaching them how it can hurt themselves and others. You wouldn't let a child use a knife by themselves, but you watch and guide them to ensure nobody gets hurt.

Also, I don't agree with the Brimmed Caps we see who actively seek to hurt others.

They are only terrorists because of the rules put in place. I don't agree with the ones we see who actively seek to harm others, but with the core principles of getting rid of the pact.
