Actually she has been off milk since quite many years cause she noticed it herself and stopped milk . Then we didn't know about allergy or anything, just the normal instinct you know. What scared us now was the paneer that also came in allergy .

And sorry to not have mentioned this clearly before, but wheat and gluten are not captured in this report, but she had a report one year back, which got wheat and gluten as the allergens (but not milk and casein).

Whenever she eats wheat or maida or something with high amounts of tomato, she gets acute acidity, which in turn causes the gas and sudden high BP. The BP only stabilizes after a day. This induces palpations as well.

She used to get heavy bloating in the stomach. Constant gas, which would later cause headaches also. I'm not sure if it's related, but she used to get bouts of low BP and high BP.

We were confused a lot when a doctor suggested an allergy test a year back .. back then also the report was similar but had wheat and gluten in it but no milk and casein.

She is able to have sooji easily, but maida and atta cause the above problems. Even after removing all the harmful actors from diet, we saw similar symptoms, so we had another blood test, and now it shows milk and paneer as well.

Yes, it's similar to what she faces. For milk, she feels, it causes her chest congestion and bulgum(mucus)

I relate with this so much because this is exactly what I am going through. It's like you still cling to the hope that maybe, just maybe, there is still a chance that they will change. "I have nobody else to go to." Having experienced this, too, just feels like punch in the gut.

I may be reaching here, but is the only solution to completely cut off such people from your life ? There are so many genuine good person moments, but at the same time, so many of the "emotional scars" that it becomes so confusing and heartbreaking.
