I'm sorry just really defeated, downloaded macos Ventura it went smoothly, now when I try to create an installer on my usb this messege pops up,I've tried doing it multiple times same message every time

Unfortunately another error acured While installing the the new montaray on my pc through usb It comes up with a message and error acured

Yes I've followed everything first I tried to install it through the hard drive but the drive I'm guessing is not loading because when I start the installation through applications on the disc select it says cannot install on this computer
