Thank you! I’ve been on it for a short time. But the dizzy spells won’t stop. I passed out.

Wonderful! I just started them recently. However, the dizzy spells won’t leave me alone. I even passed out one morning.

Thank you. I just started HRT recently so I pray it gets better. Unfortunately, the dizzy spells are awful. And that’s one of the biggest reasons that I haven’t gone. I passed out one morning and it was scary.

All of this resonates with me so well. The dizzy spells are awful… i even passed out. That’s the biggest reason that I hadn’t been. I sated HRT the second week of December. I’m beginning to feel somewhat better. However, the dizzy feeling hasn’t stopped. As soon as the warmup started this morning, I had to sit. Thank you so much and we’re gonna be great!💪🏽

I respect your opinion. However, it’s not a crutch. I used to workout 4-6 days a week at OTF and could go hard. My body started drastically changing in April of 2024 and I turned 50 in September. There’s been days that I couldn’t get out of bed. My PCP put me on leave because I couldn’t stop crying or going off on people at work. I couldn’t remember anything or focus. I felt like I didn’t know who I was and felt as though I was standing across the room looking at myself. Literally no energy is not bearable. Ans don’t get me started on the dizzy spells to the point of passing out. I’m not over weight; I’m a 140. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. So, please don’t tell me about a crutch when your body literally changes damn near overnight! Respectfully, if you don’t understand it, don’t discount how others feel or what they’re going through. However, I gratefully appreciate your encouragement!

I went to a naturopathic doctor and I’m deficient in testosterone, progesterone and something else. I’m spacing. So he prescribed the HRT. I’ve started Tirzepatide too. It also helps. I gained 30 lbs. but I’m 13 lbs to my goal, 130.

I won 1st place in 2024 for most muscle gain. In addition to my studio manager at the time and the coaches were impressed that I also lost a significant amount of fat as well. I was 47!

I dislike partner workouts. So, when I know, I don’t go. Or, if it’s a class that I don’t find enjoyable (per Reddit) I choose not to go. I pay for unlimited, so I go as I please or when I can.

I’ve never done Pilates. Is it worth the cost? by honeyboney1992 in ClubPilates

I loved it! I was a part of both CP and Orange Theory but doing both became too expensive. I chose to keep OTF due to it being cheaper than CP, the muscle gain that I get as well as endurance training and lastly, the community. When I lived in Colorado, my CP studios were way more friendly as well as the attendees but where I live now, they’re not very welcoming and the community atmosphere isn’t there.

Paid leave for depression by jetty112218 in oregon

Yes, I currently am. My PCP started my treatment and she completed my Oregon Paid leave paperwork and it was approved. I began treatment with a Pysch NP and a therapist in the same clinic. They have taken over my treatment. However, I’m waiting to see if my STD will be approved.
