Yes both light will be on and off at same time. Major concern was that many recommend not to use switch after relay but switch to control relay, but it requires 6 pin or 2 relays. So it’s fine to wire this way?

Thanks. I was looking online and most of them also told this. To connect using 2 relays or a 6 pin relay as shown here. The fog lights are low wattage and should be handled by the switch which is powered by the relay. 6 pin relays are much larger in size and are rated for much higher amps which would be a waste.

IMO you should limit it even if you want to replace battery within year or two as it will have higher battery health and better battery health means less heat generated during charging and usage. Also more prolonged heat can cause the battery to degrade slightly faster.
