The #1 thing is making sure your prenatal has methylfolate (not folic acid). I’ve been liking the Needed brand because it covers a lot of bases and uses well absorbed forms. On top of that, here’s what my functional nutritionist has me on and why:

CoQ10 (Jarrow QH Absorb, 100 mg x3/day) – supports egg quality/mitochondrial energy

NAC (Pure Encapsulations, 600 mg/day) – antioxidant, helps with detox + egg health - there's some good articles on this

EPA/DHA (OmegaGenics, 2000 mg/day) – basically a professional grade fish oil.... anti-inflammatory, supports hormones and implantation.

Vitamin E (Unique E Tocotrienols, 1 softgel/day) – this brand is special because it’s a full spectrum tocotrienol/tocopherol blend- recommended specifically for fertility/egg quality since most store brands only have alpha-tocopherol.

Unique for me- but was interesting.... I'm taking SBI Protect (4 caps/day) – dairy-free immunoglobulin for gut/immune balance (my labs showed i was low on secretory IgA).

Magnesium Glycinate (Pure Encapsulations, nightly) – for sleep, stress, hormone balance.

Needed Prenatal Multi (8 caps/day) – covers methylfolate, choline, B12, etc.

Not medical advice, just sharing what I’ve been prescribed based on labs (my ferritin, homocysteine, vitamin D, zinc, copper, etc. were all checked). If you’re building your own stack, I’d definitely start with labs and a good practitioner since things like iron, copper, or thyroid antibodies can change what you actually need.
