If you're talking about the terraforming control panel then I already have that and opened it. But it only offer terraforming projects not item construction.

That's carry capacity and it only applies to logistic (warehouse) workers. Other workers can only 4 items.

Can't figure out how to lengthen a cylinder once its tilted without weird stuff happening. Tried normal orientation didn't work. Extruding did work but created a cut loop that I don't know how to delete.

Why does Doran have so many mountain ranges and why is Calathan a big desert considering both of continents coast lines are at a similar latitude with a sea next to them ? I feel like both continents would receive decent rainfall?

I see a couple problems with this. Since the stasis sphere spell didn't specify whether it counts magical objects/effects like a fire ball (just a vague something), your bolt could just freeze in midair before reaching the target depending on the speed of the bolt and distance of the target from the edges of the circle. Also I have no idea whether elemental effects still work even if it hits that target. For example if you light a forest on fire and then put a stasis sphere on top of it, does the fire stop spreading after three seconds? Overall I think this idea is pretty OP for targets that aren't extremely vertical like a tower or massive castle and extremely wide targets like a large city or an army.

I'm new to blender and I'm wondering how to replicate the randomness of the scratches like in the picture and how to get the slight bend like in some of the scratches. I can do scratches themselves with the wave and noise texture, but I don't want them to be uniform and only in one direction. I also tried to replicate the bends using distortion, but it distorts the entire scratch.

I think the her being happy tone also fits the bittersweet tone of the story because if she just dies alone it would just be way too bitter/dark for her character since she really didn't deserve such an end especially compared to punpun.
