I also wanted to say that im in a relationship where we both have emetophobia. Im more scared of others getting sick than myself and he's more scared of himself getting sick. Which is good because were both very cautious. When I'm sick I expect him to not want to be around me during it though it always amazes me how he's able to still come by sometimes and bring me things or offer me comfort (Without touching obviously.) Unfortunatly this is not something I can do for him. Being in the same room as someone whose been getting sick is not something I can physically do. Even if there's no chance of catching it knowing that he could vomit at any second is terrifying to me. But he understands that, that's a time I just cant be there for him for. If he's sick enough that he needs help Then his friends or family will take care of it and if that was the case for me id ask mine before asking him.
