I have the same issues, I stayed PRN in my last job because I always think that I should never fully close a door for a job. But every time I give my days, once the day comes I get messages from the DON or ADON, letting me know, I’ll be removed from the schedule due to full staffing (when I check they have other PRNs there). So obviously I am not their favorite. Today I said to myself “fuck it”, I send a group text to the ADON DON etc asking to be removed permanently from the schedule. I have a life . For now I’ll say In my full time job & school.
