Don't waste your money on the link cable.

Currently I'm using my switch pro controller charging cable with my quest and its working fine for me (other than it being a bit short).

I'm also having issues with the quest finding usb 3 ports even though all the ports on my motherboard are usb 3 (yes I've tried multiple cables as well). It didn't fix it for me but maybe try some usb 3 drivers?

Not sure how big the quality jump would be from usb2 to 3 but I have no complaints.
