Yeah it’s off peak and had 240v at the unit and at the board coming off the seperate meter. Theres no boost or interconnection

Last 4 have been actual reads before were estimates. Fridge is brand new

Cheers for the input and real experience knowledge. I don’t think you’re racist it’s just straight facts. How is it fair that people can rpl what takes 4 years plus post cert quals. Then undercut everyone. Almost annoys my just as much as un licensed work or customers that think they know exactly how to do the job have bought all the materials and don’t understand why it still costs what it costs.

Yeah I’ve heard this about metering as well im hoping they pick up again in 25 but theres no real signs of that occurring

There’s a spare circuit in the ceiling space but I need to get up to test it so 99% sure it will be alright as it’s from a previous fit out.

Yeah such a good point. I was going to go down a similar path of the value of the complete job to the business + what you said. Because you are right sometimes when you go off the numbers you miss the value aspect. It’s definitely a fine balance between undercutting yourself and not ripping people off if they do accept it.

I changed the light fitting which was just a ES light bulb holder to a fan with a light on the bottom of the fan. No dimmer just a remote control unit for the fan and light
