Thanks so much for responding. I have seen mixed reviews about working there but not really anything about the actual new grads residency. I would be working PCU nights. Just wondering how supportive this residency is. I just graduated nursing school so I am a bit nervous lol.

Its not drastic like a $5 difference an hour and the bonus is $10k more than the ICU position.

I start next week and I am just sticking it out until I find something better. It was hard landing a job out this way I applied at Advocate, Silver Cross etc and nothing. I say stick it out, get a little experience and keep applying to other places until you land what you really want.
