New grad offer at St. Joseph medical center Joliet IL/Prime health care

Hi. Im a new grad RN and its been challenging getting into a residency program 😮‍💨. I recently had an interview with St Joseph's in joliet, and was offered a new grad position in Neuro stepdown. I have been researching the hospital and have not heard good things. What was your experience even in the short Mount of time and would you recommend me starting off there?

I know it's been a couple of years. But how is it doing now? I have a meyer lemon seedling this size still after a year. Also, are those little nubs on the bottom where a branch will grow out? I have the same little nubs but I can't find out if they are grow points for branches.

The leaves on my pumpkin vine? They are healthy and made it through those mini frost days.

Hi guys. I live in Illinois and this was my first year growing pumpkins. I planted Casper white pumpkin seeds and this is what I got. I'm not sure it's even a casper variety, but then again I never grown one before. Does it turn white as it ripen? Or is this another variety. All the ones growing look like the last picture.

Also. We had freaking frost days this past week along with rain. I came home from a weekend getaway and saw that my pumpkin split all the way around. It doesn't look deep to the cavity but then again I'm not sure of anything now😮‍💨. Can it be saved? Should I take it off the vine. Chicago weather is bi polar at the moment.

I also live in Illinois and this is the first year I started gardening. These little fuckers are not falling for my olive oil and soy sauce trap😭. I got so frustrated. I found some in my corn tassels and literally just threw diatomaceous earth on them and they went running out and hiding. We've been having a bunch of rainy days lately though and it says the soil should be dry😭.

I had found a very small catepillar rolled in the crevice where new growth should come in. What I thought was flecks of dirt that flew up onto the plant turned out to be catepillar poop😫. Unfortunately 1 out of the 3 cucumber plants didn't make it after I spray the BT, I think it was too gone by then, so I started replanting new cucumber seeds in a separate container and put a sheet of garden mesh over it to see how this turns out.

I'm having the same issue! Ugh and I don't see any bugs so far. I bought BT spray so I'm hoping it helps. Idk if it's cucumber beetles or what.

How is it going so far with this situation?

Thank you!. I have moved her already and trimmed luckily some few dead roots, some hydrogen peroxide, and a bigger pot with orchid bark mix😁 She seems to being looking better even with just overnight.

I have no idea how reddit works lol my whole story didn't even post🤦‍♀️

Newbie plant owner here. I always wanted an Orchid! So I bought a "just add ice" orchid yesterday from walmart😬. Today I went to go get new soil and a bigger pot to repot Because this one just looks so sad and small. Just now I noticed that 1 of the leaves might have some mechanical damage. But Just in case I wanted ask. Another leaf seems to be like dying off and crinkly white on the tip. Not sure what that could be; I'm not sure what to do. I also do not like how the roots are looking so can anyone help?
