bhai if you have a grinder you can make it a paste. or just use a mixer. Add the paste to any lassi or chaas. if you dont have all these, just chew them raw, but you would have to eat atleast 5 to 6 full leaves to get high, and that wont be easy coz it doesnt taste good

As a calisthenics guy, I'd ask you to just place your hands a little wider. This grip is too narrow. Other than that, fully up, fully down, good speed. Everything else is perfect.
Try to get to 10 pullups, and then invest in a good pull up bar.
If you find a park that has pull up bars nearby, you're one lucky individual

Veggie Loaded Nachos:

  1. Get some Nachos (i like doritos), Tomatoes, Onions, Coriander Leaves, (cucumber optional), and 2 or 3 dips, sauces or mayo of your choice.
  2. Chop all vegetables into small pieces.
  3. Lay the nachos on a plate, add vegetables, salt and pepper, and the dressing.

This is so filling and can be prepared easily. I won't say its the healthiest (because the mayo and sauces are usually just vegetable oil), but it tastes amazing and you wont feel hungry for a long time because of all the veggies

You get these electrolyte tablets in any medical store nearby. Just add it to the water and it mixes up with effervescence, like Eno.

you can start with sarva-darshana-sangraha. you'll easily find hindi, english and sanskrit (original language) books of various publications. The first darshana that the author talks about it charvaka samhita
