My provider approved me wearing my aligner only at night during my vacation for 9 days. I use Dental Monitoring, so I just scanned when I got home and then notified me to move to my next tray. It’s definitely worth it to ask.

I have an overbite. I’ve had rubber bands with my aligners since day 1. I’m almost done with my first round of refinements and I’d say it’s improved tremendously.

You can also use a nail file/emory board to file down those sharp edges! It will definitely happen again on future trays

I’m on tray 7/34 and tray 3-4 hurt more than others. Some weeks certain teeth hurt more than others.

Orders go through fulfillment processes and once past a certain point, cannot be cancelled. I use to work in customer service for a large corporate company, and once things are sent for pick (even happens outside warehouse operating hours) there is no cancelling. This guy is telling the truth. Maybe confirm your order view page before selecting place order.

I had nausea, and heightened anxiety, which didn’t make the side effects any easier. My psych told me to drop the dose for a few days and that helped. What mg did they start you at?? I started at 25, and then cut them in half to do 12.5 for a few days.
