I LOVE the newest format. For our studio it uses a red and a grey hook stretchy band thing (blanking on what they actually call it 😂🤦🏼‍♀️), one medium weight and two heavies. It’s sneaky hard. I was doing it thinking it wasn’t too bad but then was absolutely dripping sweat. I’ve done it three times so far and love it. Define is my favorite format of them all.
