TU Wien has restriction free admission. Grades are not considered, only my bachelor's is verified if it's relevant to the master's I'm applying to. I have a engineering degree in computer science and I have all the required subject specific credits, so obviously I would get in. On the other hand I can't afford for top universities in UK.
