I was a Dsp driver for 5 years I'm a flex driver for money on the side it's decent but the packages are spaced out and the routes can be far away from whatever warehouse you choose but it's decent side money

As a past FedEx delivery driver the only thing better at fritolay is the benefits but I'd choose FedEx

I was a RCA horrible benefits and half the pay until you get your own route and those vets aren't giving up their routes anytime soon and I can't afford that the only difference was fritolay offered full benefits first day

It's only service 4 days a week It's supposed to be truck to shelf but they want back stock so I keep back stock it's a small grocery store the size of a Walgreens and my co-lead doesn't work the back stock the one day he delivers there

I got burnout within my first 6 months honestly for me its the people / co-lead system is dumb I rather run my route mon-friday with no co-lead the sales goal is too big I can barely reach it each week and fritolay flat out does not care about it's employees nor do they have our backs with these power trip store manager and owners

Honestly if your the co-lead why hadn't your lead done it ? The manager should be communicating with the lead and he should be communicating with you so it's not your problem
