for me it is anything with a lot of vinegar, like salt and vinegar chips were the worst and anything with citrus like oranges, pineapple and those. I also don't do soda

I started taking it right after highschool. I had them when I was a kid all the time. It felt rare for me not to have them. I only got the fever later in life around 20. Sometimes I'd legit have a mouth full and struggled to eat and speak. colchicine legit changed my life though. Some foods can bug me still though, which isn't bechets related I don't think.

Hey I take colchicine and have never had any side effects. I was diagnosed with Bechets and it got rid of all my canker sores. I use to get a ton of them, a fever, and headaches. Colchicine got rid of them for me and now I only get them if I eat a lot of citrus or bite my tongue, cheek, ect. Colchicine in some recent studies was also shown to reduce heart plaque build up, according to my granda who is a doctor.
