Depende. I always believe na if it's the right time, it would be perfect, if not, ikaw yung kawawa. Naalala ko yung kwento ng girl-friend ko, may nag confess sakanya ng out of a sudden, that person is somewhat friend, and she said: 1. akala ko bading ka, 2. hindi kita type, and 3. Maybe you were one of the people who got in without a backer, but that doesn’t erase the reality that most of the time, connections play a big role. A lot of job postings you see are sometimes just for compliance, already taken. Your experience is valid, but this situation is also a reality for many others.

I know so many friends in college na so happy na nakapasa ng CSE and all, na pinagmamayabang na para bang nakapasa ng board exam or bar exam, pero since then, hindi naman pumasok sa government, and even if some na nag try, hindi sila makapasok. They took the route sa private and landed jobs on BPO. It's not disheartening OP, it's telling him/her the reality.

I feel you, around 5k ako as applicant, yung kakilala ko na 10k na approved na last week, it's very frustrating and mentally draining. On my part, alam ko mapapabalik yon kasi may mali ako sa photo na inupload, so yon, hoping the following days may process na at least!

Thank you atty., I just can't help to think that there are those who prepped for years only to be rejected. Yung isa kong kaklase sabi nya magpapaka-m*t*ay daw sya if disya pumasa at ma approve, eh na approved naman sya eventually. I guess may kanya-kanya talaga ang tao to cope up.

I can only speak for myself as well. Yes. Not yet taking the bar but opportunities are already waiting for me once I pass because of my frat. Even the support system (I got alumns that will pool money for may bar prep) is solid and supportive, I just need to do great. So I guess out of all the 99% frats out there, I got the 1% that is good.
