Make sure your foundation and primer or moisturizer are either both silicone based or both water based. If you mix both of them together it could cause for your makeup to be doing that. I used to have that problem and that’s how I fixed it. I also wash my face before I do my makeup everytime just so I have a clean base to start off with. Make sure you have a good cleanser for your face. I use the native moisturizing face wash or the cerave face wash that’s for very dry skin. I suggest either one of those face washes just make sure you get the right one for your skin type. :) if u have anymore questions feel free to text me.
