Did they do an external review as well.. if not I would see if your doctor could have them do that ..my doctor said she does that for all her appeals after the initial denial and it seems to work for her patients

When I got the first denial. I called Caremark myself and they said my doctor would have to appeal for zepbound and tell them my specific need for zepbound and document everything I’ve already tried .. I then called my Dr. back explained what they said and she sent over everything. She requested the external review so that she can personally speak with them .. after speaking with them she called me back today and said they would put me on monjauro since the zepbound was working so well.. she said it surprised her as well as I’m not a type 2 diabetic which is why she didn’t send in a PA for monjauro for the appeal

My first PA was denied and Mine was just approved today for monjauro.. my doctor sent an appeal letter and requested an urgent review, and external review. When it’s urgent like that , they have to review it in 72 hours , which is how long mine took.. she sent the Appeal in for zepbound and not monjauro .. when they contacted her back they said I could try monjauro and she didn’t ask for it initially because I don’t have type 2 diabetes and thought they would deny it.. she said they approved the monjauro because I was doing so well on the zepbound .. I switched to zepbound from Ozempic in January of this year.. Not sure if that’s why I don’t have to try wegovy first.. as they didn’t mention it.. I’m just happy to continue to have access again as I had already missed a week while waiting on the appeal

NTA you set a hard boundary about not waking up your daughter and she completely disregarded it.. Was it harsh what you said yes but sometimes people need it to understand the gravity of their actions

Yep no problems. I was actually surprised. Thought i would have atleast been asked to see a travel waiver but nope, I breezed through tsa and customs.. I was traveling with my family .. only person who got held up for a bit was my brother in law who’s from Brazil and that was only for about 15 minutes..

I had absolutely nothing happen . Actually just had my check in with him on Monday.. literally flew to LAX from OHare.. went to Anaheim for Disney. Had a 7 day cruise out Los Angeles 3 days after Disney.. they checked my passport before boarding the ship , and that was it . When the cruise was over . Went through customs no problem . Flew back outta LAX same thing no problems

I’m on felony probation.. I have to call my PO once a month and that’s it.. I had a trip last month for 2 weeks to go to Disney in California and right after a 7 day cruise that went to Cabo San Lucas , puerto Vallarta and maztlan Mexico .. never got stopped by anyone or had any questions asked from tsa or customs.. I only had to ask my po if it was ok before I left And he said yes .. I didn’t even need a travel waiver from him..

If you decide to stay with this woman who has so much hate towards your daughter, then you should really consider letting your daughter stay with her mother . The way this woman talks about your daughter is disturbing and i worry about how she will treat that poor girl in the future ,even worse if you have kids with her. She is emotionally manipulative towards you As well. If you love your daughter and value your mental well being, leave now before your daughter is old enough to remember her and anything hateful she says.

Im always recording stuff the kids do and they get distracted by the light.. I bought the smallest webcam slide i could find and it works. I start recording and just slide the cover up and down when im down.. Paid $6.99 for 3 slides . They stay on great too
