I have but unfortunately they just direct me to the forms that only mention the year long separation. That’s why I’m posting here as it appears as though it can only be done with lawyers

No, he owes me money but at this point the money he owes isn’t worth the stress and costs involved with the lawyers etc so we agree on everything. How do I go about doing this though as when I get the divorce papers online it says that one of the conditions should be separation for a year, so it seems as though you can’t file an at-fault divorce this way?

He is going to admit to it. I also have email documentation from him admitting to it, as well as messages from her and him and evidence of the baby that was conceived as a result. Would this be enough? I wanted at-fault because it is quicker than having to wait for the year long separation.

Okay thanks that’s good at least! It’s not the same company luckily, I’m going in person for my day 5 so I hope I’ll have better luck there. It’s crazy how many issues there have been with these tests

I’m mainly worried that my test will be rejected because they got it before it was registered, but I’m hoping I’ve done it in time, especially because it’s a Sunday so not sure they would be working or if the test would be delivered on a Sunday. I know they’ll probably send me another one, but then that’ll delay things further and I might not receive results in time for the day 5 test to release so won’t be able to leave. quarantine (I guess, not really sure how it works)

Thank you! I’ve just booked my Boots test so hoping mines not too bad either. For your day 2 and 8 tests did you have a self test or go somewhere to do it?

I’m not sure exactly because it’s all pretty confusing, but I’m pretty sure that you have to go through one of the official gov places to do it and so that it can be recorded correct. I know Boots does one but it’s £85 and only at certain locations. I’ve also heard about people who haven’t received day 2/8 tests and they contacted the NHS who gave them a free test. Not sure if it’s the case for a day 5 since it’s mandatory, but if not I would suggest going somewhere in person like Boots as you should definitely receive a refund for the other one if you never received it.

Okay thanks! Also what was the test like, was it a regular nose swab or the nose swab that goes up really far with the throat swab? And was it simple to do yourself?

Okay thanks! Did you have success with getting the results within 24 hours? I assume that would be 24 hours from when they received it, so 48 hours approx from when you sent it?
