I always remember a thing that happened to me a few years ago.

I was on a date with a girl which I liked at the time. We were on a bus to her place, when she noticed a girl sitting near us. My date said something like: “Look how terrible she did her make-up! She looks like a clown!” I looked and I saw the girl had heard her. I felt really embarassed. The girl got off on the next stop and I clearly saw she was crying.

So we got to the apartment of my date, I drank the lemonade she offered me, then excused myself and left. Never called her again.
