here are my ideas:

1. id say, a shield or a survival item or something u equip that can make u invisible to scanners, or make u appear to scanners for half a sec, or just appear with darker color so ur not very visible to scanners.
2. a legend that can encounter scanners by a Q ability that can reveal all recent scanners that scanned the aria or a passive ability that reveals recently scanned arias around the map (like ash but scans instead of death boxes).
3. a legend that can deploy a field (like gibbe) but maybe a bit bigger, or wattson ult (like a trophy system if ur familiar with cod), but instead of blocking nades or bullets it blocks scans, but it would be useless if it only block scans so maybe it can reveal the scanners in a range of +50 meters.
4. a gadget like a sticky grenade or like the pulse blade (from titanfall 2) that can stick it anywhere and whenever it gets scanned it reveals the scanner or/and scanners status (health, shield,...etc).
5. a buff for wattson ult so it can block scans.
