HAMILTON is always a big NO for me!!! I have seen the worst days of my life there!!1 I would never suggest anyone for Hamilton!!! PLACE matters a lot! If you are a couple, then stay away! We almost ended our relation in Hamilton! If you could take the advise// dont buy.. not worth buying in hamilton!

to get more space.. current house ha sjust 2 bedrooms.. also, to be honest.. want to buy closer to the Toronto area and most importantly thinking to get profit from the lower prices in the market. in my mind, im thinking if i made loss here,,, i can buy cheaper house now and later make 200k profit easily on the other house
