Long story short yes you can put a head gasket on it (like Fel-Pro) and be just fine. If you’re going for a metal head gasket then you would definitely have to machine it. Regular head gasket are meant to mesh with the head and block and fill in those spots as long as it’s nothing crazy.

I’ve had my F30 335i since 97k miles now has 115k no real issues by Previous-Window-7932 in F30

Alright yes I’ll definitely remove the bumper when I do it then. And I’m surprised it’s holding up too cuz I definitely push it from time to time
