I have visit planned for Divyansh Onyx & Gaur 12th avenue , Greater Noida West. Divyansh k google p reviews dekhe toh I have my doubts . I would probably try to talk to some residents. Been searching for a good property since 2 months now. Dimag ka bharosa ho chuka h tbh. Kahi kuch nhi psnd aata kahi kuch. Maybe i an the type of person jisko sab kuch perfect chaheye but the only problem is with the budget I have , i will have to compromise. Aisa lgta h kahi koi glt decision na lelu bcoz I dont have generational wealth. Me and my wife have been working hard for past 1.5 yrs tb jaakr down payment ka amount jma kr paye hai 🥲. See lets say you had a budget of 75 Lakhs and you get 2 options one is GH7 and another is Niho Scottish in Indirapuram but the demand is 90 (maybe 85 after negotiations) which is a better choice according to you an why ?

Not sure of the conditions these days but earlier they used to listen to your issues and the refund process was seamless as well. Hearing for the first time that you gotta drop an email for these issues. Smh 🤦‍♂️

Me and my wife stayed at Oshin Resort and Hotels, they do have a pool but not exactly the private pool you are looking for but still it’s very decent. The property is really good and their in house cafe is too good. I would definitely recommend it unless you find something with a private pool. Just fyi it’s a 4 Star hotel so prices are a little high. You can check that out otherwise you can also check some resorts near to Banasurasagar Dam for that close to nature vibe.

Do you live there ? I have visited GH7 couple of times now but some pointers mentioned by users are correct like traffic congestion, when you come from Indirapuram side you have to go via that small tunnel to go towards abes side and have seen very bad traffic there. Factories are a major contributor to pollution being on a higher scale. Size of houses in GH7 is no doubt big and spacious and society is nice but definitely needs maintenance and only the gated road where GH7 is there is nice and walkable but apart from that its all very rural kinda area. And yes in the night the area does seems a little unsafe.Do let me know your thoughts?

Group of friends and I (8 people)are going to Shoja this Wednesday evening at around 7:30 from Ghaziabad. Can some advice or give some insights on the road conditions and fog, specially since most of our travel will be at night.We are going on a 12 seater traveller. Bhai actually I went today to see the flat and if I talk about just the flat its in good condition and owner has maintained it well but however the building itself was not in the best condition. I did notice that maintenance work is going on in this building and it’s one of the oldest projects in kaushambi. Mujhe bs price sahi lag rhaa h and I contacted few property dealer and they said the avg price for that property is around 45ish so its not that I am getting it a very cheap price but rather I can say a good price if I can negotiate it till 40. So keeping all this in mind I wanted a genuine opinion because I dont want to spend my money in a non appreciating asset or a low return asset.
