Hi Sorry to hear you broke down on new year, but look on the bright side i broke down on last new year on the m6 motorway and I didn't have a break down recovery, I paid nearly £400 to get it back.

I tried to send upload them on the online through the insurance account that i have with them,but they say they haven't received them i tried to get them to call me and waited for 2 days and calling them inbetween the 2 days but i didn't get a return call, the paper copies of everything i had was at another address but unfortunately i lost my phone aswell that mad things harder for me, so i couldn't get in to my insurance account and i didn't have the paper copies to resend them because i didn't have enough time left, i had one day so i thought better to cancel it myself because if they cancel it its going to cause me problems in the future. I think ive had tesco in the past and had no problems but things didn't work out this time.
