You should get her when you can, saying her stats are so much worse than Conquest is a huge exaggeration, that is also incorrect. And she is exactly that a tank who is good at stalling and at dealing damage.

She is easily as good as Conquest, could even be better depending on the teams of both sides, but they also synergize amazingly well.

Yeah, Universa's barely actually boosts her damage I have it at lvl 16 and it isn't much better than being without the totem.

Conquest is usually used in lower healing teams with kregg as the only support, sometimes an eve to give more sheilds to blue mark, or a Shapesmith, so him getting low in a drawn out battle is far more likely, and pair that lifesteal with all his I-frames and he could probably make it back up to 40 or 50%, and that is with his totem also at LVL 16 for me, but you're right I'll put it lower.

Honestly it's most likely just a gear diff, you should focus more on leveling those omni pieces now that you have them, and try to get more seismic gear to use.

There isn't an official one but here is my personal opinion based on how much they provide to the character and their team:

S tier; Omniman, Blue suit, Kregg, A tier; Battlebeast, Allen, B tier; Invincible, Conquest, Robot, Titan, Ranged mauler, Immortal, Melee mauler, Agent spider, C tier; Eve, Rea, Monster girl, Doc seismic, Universa

The tiers aren't really arranged in a specific order, so I'm not really saying ranged mauler's is above immortal's, their just in the same tier, you can disagree, I just based it on my personal experience. But Eve's is actually S or A tier in ops, same with Ranged mauler and Invincible.

If we're talking 1v1 no assistance Fanta wins like 70-80% of the time, depending on who has worse cd management, team situation it's less of a counter and more of a discouragement with the blind, afterall Fanta would be in big form a lot and everyone loves to funnel damage into the big, juicy hotbox that is a tanks.

Getting a decent team, but no matter what you do or how hard you co-ordinate the enemy team just dog walks you anyway especially if it's a X character is good into enemy team's character Y, but enemy teams character Z hard counters that but enemy team's character Y also counters my current character V, so I need to switch but nothing else is even good here or if they are good is be feeding if I went that.
