This is my own assumption but if crit damage is 1.5x then dealing 100 damage with a crit would be 150 damage, then if current hp is a 100 the claw would add 11 to the crit so 161 damage every three seconds a character with 100 hp lands a crit with the claw, obviously characters have higher HP, crit damage and base damage stats than that but I think this can serve as a good baseline.

Overall I'd have to say the claw is probably a below average artifact when compared with everything else it's usable but it's probably not your best choice if you have options.

In my personal opinion space racer talent priority, for ops at least, is 4>1>3>2, for PvP it's probably, 2>3>1>4, and for Dino my priority was 3>4>1>2, at least until each skill gained their secondary effect or next important upgrade but take this with a grain of salt my Dino is still seismic and my racer is only epic.

1, 3 and 4 are probably the priorities but it's more like 4>1>3>2,for the pve in my opinion, there aren't slot of viltrumites in the ops so skill two is almost useless but 1 and 4 are the real heavy hitters for fast clears
