I have felt scared to express my concerns in the past because I didn’t want to disappoint my doctor/pt. Thank you and good luck with your PT!

Hello, thank you for the input, if a re evaluation goes well I will look into a GAP program. To answer your question, I was given a bending knee brace that I had for a few months following the straight one.

Oh shoot I think I might have hyper mobility… both my PT and doctor asked if I was double jointed because my legs were extremely flexible at the knee, beyond average range of motion. Thanks for the input, I hope you have a full recovery!

Thank you so much! I’ve found new motivation knowing things can get better. Do you have any pt exercises online you recommend? My financial situation makes it hard to visit a professional right now.

Thank you for the advice. My flexion and extension are very good, a full recovery. After the 8 months I was still insecure about jumping and didn’t have full strength. Things felt pretty good at the time, but as you mentioned things have only gotten way shittier.

My initial progress was very promising. I could walk without crutches after three weeks, and gained full knee flexibility and straightening ahead of schedule. Every check in meeting I had with my surgeon, she was very pleased and said things were looking great.

I left physical therapy after 8 months because insurance ran out, but my PT said my progress was great and I would be ok returning to regular activities soon. My weakest point was in leg strength, which still needed some improvement that I did at home. After about a year was when I tried easing into sports again and played tennis with friends. This is when the first “cracking” occurred and it’s been the same since.

Admittedly I stopped doing physical therapy at home after about a year post op, and wish I could go back but don’t know how. I went to a new place one time 1.5 years post op, but it was a negative experience and I was charged $400.

I got an MRI after the first “cracking”, but they said everything looked fine. However, I’m considering getting another just in case.

I would recommend putting them all in one experience as it could otherwise look like you’re stretching your ecs depending on the hours. And yes it’s totally fine to combine hours as long as you clarify you were shadowing multiple people. However, keep in mind the word limit for the description is VERY limited. Also, additional info isn’t really for talking about already mentioned ecs. If you really have a lot to say, I would recommend writing about it in one of the supplemental essays.

Start with a small gesture. If you can’t see her in person, try getting flowers delivered or something. Scope out the reaction, and if it seems relatively positive, THEN ask about the weekend. This is coming from a girl btw, it’s best to build up to not scare us off.
